prop 14 and Abel Moldonado

Abel Maldonado started this thing called prop 14 that says the two contestants who get the most votes in the primary, no matter which party they belong to, are the two candidates who get to be in the general election. But that means that it is the survival of the richest; the person with most ads wins so that is bad.   Also the man is insane when he was on the Colbert Report he took everything too seriously and had an angry and happy expression on his face, AT THE SAME TIME!
